Bio:

Caroline studied at the Corcoran Gallery School of Art in Washington DC and attended master classes in painting and drawing at The Slade School of Art in London. She works in oils, watercolours and egg tempera;

She has been an en plein air painter for most of her life, travelling all over the Middle East, India and Myanmar. She is a member of @londonpleinairgroup.

In 2003 she took up Icon Writing, studying gilding & Icon techniques in Russia, St Catherines Monastery Sinai, the Prince’s Schools and with Christabel Anderson at The Queens Galleries. But in 2020 returned full time to oil painting.
